The last weekend of March belonged to Řetízkárna. Supporters and initiators of the reconstruction of the former mine changing room near the former Rovnost mine gathered in Jáchymov to discuss, among other things, the purpose of the project.
On Saturday 25th March 2023, at noon, nearly twenty people interested in a guided walk along the Jáchymovské Hell Educational Trail gathered near Řetízkárna. Michal Louč from the Institute for Totalitarian Regimes took on the role of guide and, despite the bad weather, gave the attendees an unforgettable experience.
The evening program was in the spirit of community bonding. The chairman of the Political prisoners.eu, Tomáš Bouška, welcomed and introduced all supporters, his team and special guests. Among them was, for example, the writer and director of the Krušnohoří/Erzgebirge regional destination agency Štěpán Javůrek. In addition, there is also a new addition to the ranks of guides along the Jáchymovské pelko Educational Trail, Kristýna Šoukalová, thanks to which the range of walks is expanded to include the German language. Last but not least, husband and wife Tereza and Jiří Kabelkovi from Studio COSMO presented the architectural study of the Řetízkárna, which they then debated with those present.
Sunday, 26th March 2023 belonged to another brigade. This time, the volunteers focused on cleaning the back section of the building.
